Gaslight offers excellent food, great entertainment
A hidden treasure in the mile-square city's booming downtown residential area, Gaslight, a corner restaurant on Adams and Fourth streets, is an oasis of great food and good times.

Patrons come to the Gaslight for the exciting bar scene, great service, and amazing entrees. For several weeks now, the venue has been hosting "Team Trivia" night on Tuesdays beginning at 8 p.m. More than two dozen local residents find their way to the tall tables around the bar area to put their brain cells to work. The event's organizers ask several random general knowledge trivia questions throughout the night, and the team with the most correct answers at the end of the game wins. It is a night of fun and laughs as contestants cheer over correct answers and argue over mistakes.

"We are having a great turnout with the game," said Claude Persico, Gaslight manager.

Every Wednesday night is Martini Madness. Every martini purchased at the bar is half its original price. Their martini menu offers black frozen cappuccino, Swedish fish, Jolly Rancher, watermelon, raspberry, Gummi bear, French kiss, After Eight mint, peaches n' cr
