JERSEY CITY – Jersey City Mayor-elect Steven Fulop and his transition team will tonight (Thursday, June 20) hold the third in a series of town hall meetings designed to gather information and ideas from residents regarding their long-term goals and vision for the city.
The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. the Christa McAuliffe School (PS 28), at 167 Hancock Ave. in the Jersey City Heights.
A fourth and final town hall meeting will be held on Monday, June 24, at 7 p.m. at the Hank Gallo Center in Lincoln Park on the city’s West Side.
Earlier this month, Fulop and his transition team held two other town hall meetings at City Hall, located downtown, and the Bethune Life Center in Ward F.
Fulop and the new City Council will be sworn in on Monday, July 1.
