According to Micahel Orozco, his client Harold Turner, a white supremacist radio host and blogger, will be released on bail soon.
Turner, of North Bergen, 47, is accused of allegedly threatening the lives of three Chicago-based federal judges. His trial was moved from Chicago to Brooklyn, NY yesterday by US District Judge Donald Walters. The trial is set for Nov. 30.
Orozco said that he is not certain what the bail will be set at, but that he is in continued conversations with Walters on the matter. This comes after months of Turner's bail being turned down, even after his Orozco said that his client had worked as an FBI informant.
Orozco said it was a benefit that Turner's case was transferred out of Illinois.
"Anywhere other then there was an improvement," said Orozco. --
