JERSEY CITY – The Hudson County Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals will host a micro-seminar entitled “Get Branded: How to Market Yourself and Your Business” on Thursday, May 10 at Phoenix University in Jersey City beginning at 6 p.m.

The goal of the event is to provide members of the business community the opportunity to learn about how their own personal brand can drive their business brand and vice versa. The session will feature Jason Rand, Partner & Creative Director at HarrisonRand Advertising. Rand will lead a discussion on the art of branding and how branding is connected to a business’s marketing.

“More and more today, with social media platforms abounding, we see how each of our personal brands is connected to our business,” said Maria Nieves, the Chamber’s President and CEO. “This event is about helping business owners to begin to understand how to craft a brand that aligns with business and their overall marketing plans.”

The event will begin with networking, followed by the micro-seminar, and a question and answer session. To register for this event, contact the chamber: achinni@hudsonchamber.org.
