She was firm but fair and treated everyone with the same level of respect. She loved her Duncan Community. Dolores was predeceased by her parents Annie and Clarence Fouch, Sr.; her brother Clarence Fouch, Jr.; her husband Nathaniel Frasier; and nephew Donnell Fouch, Sr. She leaves to treasure her memory her daughter Dawn; her first cousin Freddie Taylor; sister in law Elaine Fouch; nieces and nephews: Karen, Gwendolyn, Michael, Derrick and Kim Fouch; and godsons Angel M. Echevarria, Jr. and Tashaun Dennis. She also was a second mother to Angel M. Echevarria, Sr., William ‘Chaz’ Epps and Erraina Pryde Rozier and a host of other relatives and friends.
