Funeral mass was offered March 1 at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church for Edward Szczepanski, 91, of Bridgewater, formerly of Jersey City and Bayonne, died on Sunday, Feb. 24 at Arbor Glen in Bridgewater. He was born in Jersey City. He was the owner of Gardens 5 & 10. He was a WWII Army Veteran, a Benefactor of the Polish Children’s Heart Line, a member of the Committee for the Defense of Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, and a member of the Polish National Alliance.

He was the son of the late Stanley and Victoria (Slawinski) Szczepanski, the husband of the late Blanche (Gromek) Szczepanski, The father of Barbara Graham and Victor Szczepanski Barbara’s friend Ken Riccio, and father in law of Christine Milan Szczepanski and the late Bob Graham, the brother of Theresa Sienkiewicz, her husband Chester, and the late Henry Szczepanski, the grandfather of Christen Graham Male, and Randy, Susan Graham Rent and Jack, Michael Szczepanski, Allison Szczepanski and great grandfather of Rachel Male, Nicholas Male and the uncle of many nieces and nephews.
