Funeral mass was offered Nov. 14 at Our Lady of Fatima R.C. Church for Emanuel “Paul” Scalice, 85, of North Bergen. He passed away Nov. 9 surrounded by his family. Born in the Bronx to the late Theresa and Giovanni Scalice, Paul served in the United States Navy during World War II. He was a supervisor for the New York Bulk and Foreign Mail Center located in Jersey City, retiring after 38 years of service. He was a loyal and family man who time with his family. He is survived by his wife of 61 years Carmela, children Theresa Donna DelleDonna and her husband George, Joanne Sogluizzo and her husband John, Maria Avella and her husband Jimmy, grandchildren Paul and Tessa DelleDonna, Camille and Noelle Sogluizzo, Nicole, Natalie, Jimmy Jr., and Victoria Avella. He was predeceased by his sister Rose and brother John. Services arranged by the A.K. Macagna Funeral Home, Cliffside Park.
