HOBOKEN – The four Essex County men charged with the Dec. 15 carjacking/murder of Dustin Friedland, a Hoboken lawyer, plead not guilty in a Newark courtroom on Wednesday morning, according to a report on

How is this not a hate crime?

From the day this horrific crime took place both the newspapers & Carolyn Murray(so called "Prosecutor") immediately volunteered that "These thugs went to the Mall looking for a particular vehicle to steal"

A Carjacking? They're so sure of this?..Really?

That sounds very much like the Essex County Prosecutor's office is trying to instantly quash the fact that this was clearly a hate crime.

Why would they want to stay clear of the "hate crime" charge?..It's simple really.

The reason is the Essex County Prosecutor, Carolyn Murray doesn't want to incite any future voters who might come back with "Hey, why wasn't that killing last year by that white so and so....not a hate crime?"

I mean, after seeing their names, it's apparent that these thugs share an interest in the "Muslim way" and let's face it, Dustin had "I'm a white jewish guy" written all over him..poor soul.

Who knows if these creeps tagged him inside, based on his appearance, and called on the gang to knock him off when he went to his car?

Seriously, this angle has to be investigated..

Any Jewish backed organization, reporting agency or local community leader that doesn't push for this angle to be PROPERLY investigated is choosing political correctness over any search for truth.

I've personally reached out to the FBI and other civic leaders as claiming this to be a Carjacking seems all too neat and tidy.

They went looking for a White Jewish guy and not a Range Rover!
