SECAUCUS -- On a sunny Friday April 25, 2014 the students of Clarendon School got a chance to enjoy the sunshine for a planned Arbor Day celebration. A few short hours later they had yet another and unplanned opportunity to once again enjoy the sunshine when the school was evacuated, it is believed due to an odor in the building which mandated that the local firefighters respond to investigate. Several companies and police responded and were standing by while the situation was being investigated.
