As a result of their continued growth, Halstead Property (www.halstead.com) is pleased to announce that its newly renovated Hoboken office has opened. Located at 200 Washington Street (at the corner of 2nd Street), Halstead’s expanded office is situated on two light-filled floors, boasting 3,800 square feet.

The Hoboken Office was debuted on May 22 to a group of more than 100 industry heavyweights and community leaders, including Richard W. Mackiewicz, Jr., attorney and member of the Hoboken Chamber of Commerce.

Halstead Property’s Hoboken Office features interactive touch screen technology, which recorded 2, 000 searches in its first month of operation. The space also boasts three spacious conference rooms all equipped with flat screen displays and the most up-to-date technology. The two story open steel and glass staircase streams light from all angles and features more than 50 LED window displays.

“Halstead’s presence in Hoboken is a sign of dedication to expanding our brand in the tri-state area,” said Eugene Cordano, Executive Director of Sales, New Jersey for Halstead Property. “We identified a need for expanded office space in New Jersey and built a space that is conveniently located and visually representative of our innovative approach to real estate. I am proud of this location and am confident the office will thrive.”
