SECAUCUS – Online consignment store The RealReal has leased a 128,000-square-foot building in Secaucus for use as a fulfillment center.

The three-year-old company, based in San Francisco, sells pre-owned, designer fashion, including Chanel, Hermès, Manolo Blahnik and Cartier, at up to 90 percent off retail prices. They also sell fine art, including paintings, prints, drawing, photographs, sculpture and more.

The rapidly expanding company already has a site in New York City. The fulfillment center at One American Way in Secaucus will be their first in New Jersey.

The number of jobs it will bring to the area has not been announced.
