HOBOKEN -- ....to paraphrase Mark Twain, that is.

After the Hoboken Reporter broke a story last week about emergency workers breaking a woman's car window to save a baby -- then realizing it was a lifesized doll -- dozens of news outlets aired the story. It was perhaps a chance for a sigh of relief after a summer of stories to raise awareness about children dying of heat stroke because they were left in hot cars.

On Friday, people were still posting the story to Reddit, and getting interesting responses.
