71, of Bayonne, passed away surrounded by her family on January 28, 2017. Arlene was the mother to Donna Quinn (Thomas), Vincent Giacinto (Michele), Paul Giacinto and Joann Lemus (Stewart), grandmother to Thomas & Riley Quinn, Jessica & Michael Giacinto and Stewart & Alexandra Lemus, considered grandmother to Thomas & Patrick Plaskon and Kevin Hussey and great-grandmother to Lysa & Mya Giacinto. Arlene was predeceased by her brothers James & William Steffan and surviving her are her sister Dolores Torres (Miguel), her god daughter Janine Matechak (Kevin & son Jonathan), her considered daughter Kelly Murphy and her closest friend Joan Morgan, as well as a host of other family members and friends.
