She worked for Western Electric of Kearny and later owned and operated Barricini & Loft Candy with stores in Woodbridge, Newark and Jersey City. Florence was predeceased by her husband Joseph J. Jachera, her son Joseph Jachera Jr. and her four siblings. Mother of Cindy Carangelo and her late husband James, Linda Annetta and her husband David and Debbie Grato and her husband Joseph. Grandmother of James Carangelo and his wife Mary, Gia Riccobono and her husband John, David Annetta, Joseph Grato and Stefanie Grato. Great-grandmother of James, Valentina and John.
