MAKSYMOWICZ, IRENE (nee: Oskierko)

96, a lifelong resident of Bayonne, passed away on March 12, 2017. Before retiring, she was a grocery store owner for 30 years with her late husband, Mr. Edward Maksymowicz, and was a former member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Senior Citizens. She dedicated her life to being a wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Irene is predeceased by her husband, Mr. Edward Maksymowicz; her parents, John Oskierko and Alexandra; her siblings, Joseph Oskierko, Benjamin Oskierko, and Helen Bucella. She is survived by her children, Edward M. Maksymowicz, and Diane Mitchell and her husband, Robert; and grandchildren Jennifer Valdivieso and her husband David; and great-granddaughter, Ava Valdivieso.
