Hoboken residents invited to innovation festival

HOBOKEN — On May 18, Propelify Innovation Festival will be held on Hoboken’s waterfront. Last year more than 8,000 attendees from around the tri-state area attended for a day of advancing innovation and technology.
The festival will have two stages with more than 40 guest speakers, onsite tech recruiting from companies like Jet.com, startup competition with cash prizes, investor speed dating, a virtual reality theater, plus food, drinks, music, and more.
“The City of Hoboken is a great home to innovators, including Jet.com, eMazzanti, GovPilot, Flow.io, Stevens Institute of Technology, the NJ Tech Meetup, and more,” said Hoboken Mayor Dawn Zimmer. “We’re excited to welcome back the Propelify community and bring this opportunity to our residents to learn more about tech companies and perhaps even find a new career.”
