49, of Palm Bay, Fl, passed away suddenly on April 2, 2017. Born in Bayonne, he was a Florida resident for 30 years. A college graduate and graduate of St. Andrew’s and Marist, Arthur was a Cath Lab Technician at Sebastian Hospital, Sebastian, Florida. Arthur is survived by his wife, Sarah Keenan (nee: Heirer); his daughter, Hailey Marie; his parents, Maureen (nee: Shaw) and Arthur Keenan, Jr.; his sister, Kathleen Matthews, and her husband, Al; two nephews; one niece; and one great nephew.
