50, passed away at home on May 28, 2017. She was born in Bayonne and was a lifelong resident. Kelly was a manager for the Valley National Bank of Bayonne. She was predeceased by her father, Alfred Betsworth and her sister Susan Mallardi. Daughter of Catherine (nee: Spengler) Betsworth. Aunt of Stephen Mallardi. Niece of Jean and Robert Mazzarachio.
