72, of Bayonne, passed away at home on May 31, 2017 surrounded by his family. Born in Fajardo, Puerto Rico, Neftali came to Bayonne in 1981 where he has since resided. Neftali successfully ran his own general contracting business before his retirement many years ago. Neftali was predeceased by his wife Milagros (Santiago) Carrasquillo (in 2011) and his parents, Ramon and Justa (Garcia) Carrasquillo. Left to cherish his memory are his daughter Denise Aguilar and her husband Edwin; two sons, Neftali and his wife Zoraida, and Abraham and his wife Sandy; seven grandchildren, Joshua, Brian, Emily, Abian, and Ariana Carrasquillo, and Edwin and Natalie Aguilar; three great-grandchildren, Miguel Angel, and Natalia Marie Vazquez, and Joshua Carrasquillo Jr.; and six sisters and one brother.
