Leading a ten member contingent, Wendy Didomenico brought home a shiny gold medal from the New Jersey Special Olympic State Bowling Meet held at the Brunswick Zone Bowling Alleys. The results of the day were:
1st Place: Wendy Didomenico
3rd place: Sierrea Battle, Chelsea Stirone, Roger Belanger and Ian Hudacko
4th Place: Katilyn Frey, Marybeth Yurecko and Ronald Benitez
5th Place: Lori Brett and Marcello Ciccone
This bowling event was the result of many months of practice and an area and sectional competition. The coaches and their supporters/fans are very proud of the commitment, dedication and hard work they put in all season. The athletes were accompanied to this event by their coaches and supporters/fans: Tessie Diaz, Christopher Burns, Veronica burns, Eddie Broderick and Willie Pacas.
