Ann was predeceased by her parents, Victor and Ann (nee: Miskura) Pietruska; her husband, Richard Ratcliffe; her siblings, John Pietruska, Stanley Pietruska, Anne Mackiewicz, Helen Zaborowski, and Fran Grynkiewicz.
