of Bayonne passed away on August 16 with his family by his side. Father of James Jr. of Jackson, NJ and David and his wife Melissa of Canton M.I. Grandfather of Brianne, Victoria, and Tyler. James is also survived by his sister Janet Turco of Princeton N.J. along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mr. Stendardo worked as an Electronic Supervising Engineer for the N.J. Turnpike Authority, and is a proud Vietnam Navy Veteran. James served as the Exalted Ruler of the Elks 434 of Bayonne as well as their treasurer for nearly 20 years; Mr. Stendardo was a member of The ELCO Club of Bayonne, and a Champion Ballroom dancer at Arthur Murray in Highland Park.
