A funeral mass was offered Aug. 26 at Our Lady of Grace Church, Hoboken, for Maria Marin. She passed away peacefully Aug. 23 at Jersey City Medical Center after suffering a long illness. Maria was born in Soline Dugi Otok, Croatia, before coming to the US in 1971 and settling in Hoboken. She worked many years as a seamstress in the coat factories in Hoboken. Maria was the wife of Petar Marin; the mother of her son Petar Marin. She is survived by her two sisters, Danica Caric and Neda Stipanov as well as her many caring Nephews.
