88, of Toms River, died on September 28, 2017 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Born in Jersey City, she lived in Bayonne for many years before moving to Kissimmee, FL seven years ago. She settled in Silver Ridge Park North in December. Prior to her retirement in 2004, Dorothy was a Crossing Guard for the Jersey City Police Department. She was predeceased by her grandson, Joseph Kelly, and by her sisters, Mitzi Delitizia and Marian Sanders. She is survived by her daughters, Sara Pinto, Frances Doyle and her partner Toby Miele, and Penny Lagattolla and her husband James; her grandchildren, Christian Brady, Daniel and Timothy Doyle, Christopher Morales and Nicole Mariners; her great-grandchildren, Joseph, Amanda Marie, Christian Jr., Ava Marie, Daniel Jr., Michael, Shane, and Antonio; and her brother, Walter Dennis.
