BARRY, MARY F.

A funeral mass was offered Nov. 14 at St Francis RC Church in Hoboken for Mary F. Barry, 81. She passed away peacefully Nov. 10 surrounded by her family. Born in New York, Mary spent most of her life in Hoboken, where she was well known for dancing on the corner of 12 and Willow St. as a crossing guard where she kept all the children safe. Mary was the mother of four children, Kevin M. Barry [Sandra], Mary F. Barry [Brendan Butt], Sean Barry [Christine] and the late Edward Barry. She was the sister of Michael Innella and is survived by nine cherished grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
