A funeral mass took place Jan. 17 at St. Aloysius Church in Jersey City for Dolores Hazel, 85, a life-long resident of Jersey City. She died at her home on Jan. 11. She and her late husband Louis owned Lou’s Restaurant on Bergen Avenue in Jersey City for many years. She is survived by her grandsons, David and Philip Hazel and was predeceased by her sons, John and Robert Hazel.
