Dear Editors:
You have all been such good friends to CASA and I want to thank you sincerely for the terrific coverage you have given the organization and its work. I was thrilled to see a new category had been created on the list-Protector of the Children-and that CASA was at the top!
You have been instrumental in the growth and development of CASA and are directly responsible for connecting scores of committed volunteers to foster children. I have been with CASA since 2005 and in that time 2,312 children have been served with 495 of them achieving permanent homes-that translates into 166 adoptions, 235 reunifications with family and 94 placements with a legal guardian. The Reporter has been with me every step of the way-thanks you so much for your loyalty and for your compassion for children who sorely need it.
