ANDERSON, FRANCIS P.

79, affectionately known as “Frank,” died on March 17, 2018 at his home. Born November 30, 1938, in Hoboken, he was the son of the late Clara Kemmett Anderson & Alexander Anderson. Frank was a graduate of St. Michael High School in Union City and Seton Hall University, South Orange, where he obtained a B.A. degree in Theology. He was a U.S Army Veteran serving with the 101st Airborne Division. Frank was a teacher at Marist High School, Bayonne for 48 years before retiring in 2015. Simultaneously, he worked 35 years as a freight supervisor with American Airlines at Newark Airport. While at Marist he was the Coach of the soccer and football teams. He was Alumni Director and transportation supervisor. Frank was a lay affiliate of the Marist Brothers. Husband of Carol Kindler Anderson. Father of Colleen MacDonald & her husband Alan & Sharon Feniello & her husband Mark. Grandfather of Taylor & Marky Feniello & Deirdre & Bridget MacDonald. Brother Alexander Anderson, Phil Day & the late Robert, Arlene & William Anderson.
