Union City men charged in stabbing

UNION CITY – Officials have charged two men with allegedly stabbing someone with a sharp object, according to criminal complaints.
Officers arrested Sebastian Betancourth, 23, and Junior Maza-Villa, 20, on March 29.
According to the complaints, officers responded to a fight call, where they found the victim with stab wounds allegedly caused by the defendants, the complaint said.
Betancourth and Maza-Villa have been charged with aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, the complaints say.
The victim was later taken to a hospital for treatment, according to the complaints.
