HUDSON COUNTY — With heavy rains at high tide, flooding conditions were reported in Hoboken and Jersey City on Monday morning in the usual low-lying areas. Officials warned residents not to try to drive through high water. People have become stranded.
Twitter was flooded with flood photos this morning — including near the Hoboken ShopRite, First and Harrison Streets, and a Weehawken marina, where small boats were crashing against the shoreline.
