Hoboken hosts movie screening and savings workshop for Green Week


HOBOKEN– As part of Hoboken’s celebration of Earth Day, the city is hosting several different events, which highlight the city’s initiatives to be more ecofriendly throughout Green Week.
On Monday, April 23, from 7 to 9 p.m. the city will host an energy savings workshop and movie screening.

The workshop will showcase Hoboken’s energy projects to mitigate climate change impacts and will teach residents how to save money on energy bills with incentives and rebates from New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program and Direct Install.
The evening will also include a screening of the movie “Wisdom to Survive: Climate Change, Capitalism & Community.”

It will take place at Little City Books on the corner of Bloomfield and First streets.
