Attisano Electric beat Mackenzie Post, 7-6. Attisano took a one game lead in the best of three League Championship series. Mackenzie jumped to a 4-0 lead in the top of the first inning. Jack Kelly led with a walk and advanced to second by Justin Arbelo, then they both rode home on a double by Nico Chairavollati, Jayshaun Foster doubled to drive in Nico, Jayshaun rode home on a single by Connor Weening. Attisano came back with a run in the bottom of the first. Adrian Pardo singled with two outs and advanced to second on Justin Perry’s base hit and came home on a miscue. Attisano tied the game in the third. Jake Sullivan and Pardo both reached base on back to back base hits, then they both scored on a triple by Aiden Rosario, Aiden scored the tying run on a overthrow by an outfielder. Mackenzie took a 6-4 lead when Arbelo got hit by a pitch and rode home on Chairavollati’s second double of the game, and Nico scored on an overthrow. The Electricians scored three runs in the home half of the fourth to put the game in the win column. Joey Jasinski drew a two out walk, advanced to second on Logan Chi s single, Jake Sullivan got his second base hit to drive in Jasinski, then Logan and Jake both rode home on Parsons third hit of the game. Perry picked up the win giving up four hits, struck out six and walked four. Logan closed out the game, he pitched two hitless, with three strikeouts and two walks.
