On Tuesday, September 11, 2018, the September 11th…Bayonne Remembers Committee held its annual Interfaith Memorial Service and Candlelight Vigil – this year commemorating the 17th anniversary of the terrorist attacks in New York City, Washington, D.C., and Pennsylvania.
The committee wishes to thank the participating members of the clergy, including Rev. Joseph F. Barbone, who served as Master of Ceremonies; Rev. John Fencik; Rabbi Cathy Felix; Rev. Alfie Pangilinan; Rev. Gary Grindeland; Rev. Dorothy A. Patterson; Rev. Raul Gaviola; Rev. Paul Bolinski; Waheed Akbar; Rev. George Greiss; Rev. Gregory Perez; Rev. Peter Wehrle; Alston Dixon; and Pastor Intern A.J. for the heartfelt prayers, readings and reflections.
Special thanks, also, to Mayor James M.
