The free screenings include HgbA1c diabetes, blood pressure, heart rate and percentage of oxygen in the blood, vision and Body Mass Index. Flu vaccines will be provided by ShopRite with insurance card, or reduced fee will be applied with no insurance card, and certificates for mammogram and prostate cancer screenings. Come interact with a variety of organizations providing information on insurance, family resources, medical resources and much more.
