According to the updated “Notice of Charges” dated Oct. 30, Teak on the Hudson LLC, doing business as The HUB, a local sports bar located at 16 Hudson Place, could have their liquor license revoked by the ABC board as it faces 53 charges spanning from incidents beginning in January 2016.

The license holders have an opportunity to be heard by the ABC Board. The hearing is scheduled to begin Tuesday, Nov. 6, election day. at 2 p.m. at City Hall, 94 Washington St.

The ABC Board was originally considering revoking the liquor license based on 15 charges/allegations, including multiple counts of assault, lewd activity, acts of violence, over-serving, and more in September after the Police Department became aware of online videos from incidents that allegedly had occurred inside The HUB. More charges have been added.

The alleged activity that led to the initial charges occurred during a promotion called “Supreme Saturdays at HUB.”

Some of the videos showed partially nude women with others pouring alcohol on them, and media sources reported that one video showed a partially nude woman sitting atop the bar being touched by at least one man.
