Traffic was snarled in various parts of the county Thursday afternoon as a nor’easter dropped more than 2 inches of snow. At least 12 trees were reported down in Hoboken including one near 10th and Willow that brought down wires with it. Commuters reported long lines at the Port Authority, and parts of Willow Avenue closed.
Accuweather predicted it would rain all night long, washing away the snow.
