A man was shot on Avenue C between 18th and 19th Streets at around 9:23 a.m. on Feb. 11, according to the Bayonne Police Department. Police found him with “apparent gunshot wounds.” The man, in his mid-30s, was taken to Jersey City Medical Center for treatment.
“This is an active and ongoing investigation as detectives continue to collect further details,” said Bayonne Police Lieutenant Eric Amato. “No arrests have been made, and no other information is available at this time, including suspect information.”
