TOSADO, GINO A.

Funeral services have been held for Gino A. Tosado, Sr., 56, a lifelong resident of Jersey City. He passed away suddenly on Jan.  27. A graduate of Ferris High School, Gino served in the U.S. Army and went on to work as a manager for Snow Bird (now Poland Spring) in Jersey City in the 1990s. He then went to work for the Hudson County Department of Welfare for 10 years. Gino also volunteered his time as a coach for Little League and Cal Ripken League at Pershing Field and Washington Park. He is the son of Nilda Cruz and the late Nelson Tosado; husband of Milagros (Millie) nee Ortiz; father of Jessica Burgos, Gina Tosado Gabrielle Tosado and Gino A. Jr., Damon and Gabriel Tosado;  brother of Doris Ruiz (Eddie), Jennifer and Eric Tosado and the late Angel and Daniel Tosado. Also survived by five grandchildren. Services arranged by the McLaughlin Funeral Home, Jersey City.
