Funeral services took place March 13 for John F. McCoy of Jersey City. He passed away March 7 at Jersey City Medical Center. Born in Jersey City John was a lifelong resident. John was an office manager at LPS Industries before retiring. John was a graduate of Marist High School and earned his degree at New Jersey City University. John was involved with Civil War reenactment and was an avid Yankee and Giants Fan. He was the husband of Mary McCoy; father of Kerri McCoy; brother of Kathryn McCoy, Maryann McCoy and the late James F. McCoy; uncle of Hannah McCoy, Erin, Caitlin Murphy, and Amy, Matthew, Richard Delfino, Jr., Diane, Ryan Pestricchella, and Tammy King, and Greg Sikorski.
