A funeral mass was held April 6 at Immaculate Conception Church in Secaucus for Donald J. Hanak. He passed away peacefully on April 1 at Hudson Regional Hospital in Secaucus. Born and raised in Brooklyn, he lived in Secaucus for the past 52 years. Donald served in the United States Air Force, and worked for the NYC Transit Authority for 36 years before he retired. He is survived by his wife Wilma of 55 years, a daughter Nancy Hanak Kilgour, a nephew Eric Hanak, and 2 grandchildren Daniel Jackson and Lauren Jackson. Services arranged by Mack Memorial Home, Secaucus.
