Josue Rodriguez, 60, of Jersey City, has been charged with aggravated sexual assault in connection with an alleged attack on a juvenile female victim on April 30, according to Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez.
The incident allegedly occurred at Templo Refugio on 3rd Street in Jersey City and was reported to the Jersey City Police Department by the mother of the victim.
Jersey City police arrested Rodriguez on April 30 in the area of Communipaw Avenue and Bergen Avenue in Jersey City.
Rodriguez has also been charged with endangering the welfare of a child and other charges.
