MARZOCCA, JOHN J.

Funeral services took place April 27 for John J. Marzocca, 85, of Hoboken. He passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on April 24. John was born in Hoboken and resided there until his death. He served his country in the United States Army. He was self-employed as an electrician. He was predeceased by his wife, Dolores (nee DeCarlo), a brother Pauly and sister Loretta. He was the father of Anthony Fazio, John (Rita), his daughters, Jeane O’Keefe, Jamie Marzocca, and was the brother of Linda Kemp. A great joy in John’s life were his grandchildren, Vanessa Pasquariello, Alexa, John, Keegan, Marlee and Eric Davis. Also surviving are two great-grandchildren, Rocco and Skye and two nieces, Courtney Echevarria (Michael) and Samantha Bell (Zach). Services arranged by the Failla-McKnight Memorial Home, Hoboken.
