A funeral mass was offered May 10 at St. Ann’s RC Church, Hoboken, for Francesca Bellifemine, 89. She passed away peacefully on May 6. A resident of Weehawken, Francesca is survived by her five children, Dominick and daughter-in-law Susan, Morris, Anthony and daughter-in-law Donna, Vincenzo, Judy “Nella” and son-in-law Gino Ricca, and seven grandchildren, Thomas, Daniela, Gina, Marianne, Michele, Jessica and Nicole; and two great grandchildren Jacob and Joseph. Also surviving is her sister Nicoletta Pappagallo. She was predeceased by her husband Tommaso (1987) and two sisters Maria DeTerlizzi and Lucrezia Mozzillo. Francesca was born in Molfetta, Italy to her parents Mauro and Giustina Morelli. Francesca was a mother to all her children and grandchildren. She loved to cook and help her son-in-law at La Bella Salumeria in Union City. She lived a long and happy life raising her children and grandchildren, and enjoying the love of her nieces and nephews.
