Funeral services have been held for Jozefa Kusiak (nee: Makowski), 97. She died on May 24. She was born in Poland in 1922 and moved to the United States in 1973. She is survived by her daughters Jadwiga Kusiak and Marianna Wisniewski and her son Mieczyslaw Kusiak, grandsons Jaroslaw Olejnik, Mariusz Kusiak, Rafal and Michal Wisniewski, and her great-grandson Maximilian Wisniew-ski. Services arranged by Michalski Funeral Home, Jersey City.
