A private ceremony was held at Fairview Cemetery for Hetty J. Muller, 91, of Secaucus, formerly Old Tappan. She passed away May 31, loved by all who knew her. Born to David and Katie Harris on March 2, 1928 in Boston, Mass., Hetty became a remarkable pianist, blessing her family and the world of radio with song. She gardened and was known for her enjoyment of hunting and fishing. She fell in love with Roger J. Muller, Sr. and they raised four children, enjoying nearly 65 years together. She studied at the University of Miami, enjoying language and writing and worked as a tax consultant for many years at R. John Muller Insurance in Hoboken. Hetty is reunited with her husband, Roger J. Muller, Sr., her parents, and her siblings, Barbara Brandon and Richard Harris. She is survived by her children, Leonore Muller, Laura Romm-Cohen, Roger Muller, Jr. and Erika Muller, her grandchildren, Kelsey Muller, Taylor Muller, and Alicia Labreck, her great-granddaughter, Madison Labreck, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
