HOLLOWAY, JOSEPHINE J.

A funeral mass took place June 29 at Saint Lawrence RC Church, Weehawken, for Josephine J. Holloway, 86, of Weehawken and Pine Island, Fla. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on June 22 at Villa Marie Claire Hospice Center in Saddle River. Josephine was born in Hoboken to Philomena and Anthony Baranich. Josephine worked as a court clerk for the Township of Weehawken for many years. She is survived by her husband Edward J. Holloway, her children Angela Parisi and husband John, Debra Holloway, Celeste Holloway, and Edward Holloway Jr. Also survived by her granddaughter Cristin Parisi. A great joy of her life was her great grandson, Eliah. She was preceded in death by her 14 siblings. Services arranged by the Failla-McKnight Memorial Home, Hoboken.
