KARAWAY, EDWARD J.

A funeral mass was held July 1 at Immaculate Conception Church for Edward J. Karaway, 72 of Secaucus. He passed away June 27 at the Holy Name Medical Center in Teaneck. Born in Passaic, he lived in Secaucus his entire life. Ed was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church. He was a truck driver for the Secaucus Department of Public Works for 26 years before retiring in 2017. He previously worked for Sylvania for 26 years. He is survived by his wife of 48 years Edna Brunert Karaway; his son Edward P. and his wife Virginia Karaway; his daughter Elizabeth and her husband Steve Lignowski; his grandchildren Drew, Erin, David and Giada. Services arranged by the Mack Memorial Home, Secaucus.
