A funeral mass was offered July 18 at St. Ann’s Catholic Church of Hoboken for Angelina ‘Ann’ Musto, 93. She passed away July 13 surrounded by her family. Angelina, or ‘Ann’ to many, grew to guide many lives through her work. Completing both her undergraduate and graduate studies at Seton Hall University, Ann knew how to run a tight ship, especially from her time as an executive secretary for the Cunard Line in New York City. Channeling these skills into teaching, Ann spent over 50 years as a pillar of the St. Ann’s community, teaching Sunday school and as a teacher at St. Ann’s School in Hoboken with her loving and direct style of instruction. She was also a lifelong member of the St. Ann’s Guild. Ann rejoins many of her siblings in the hearts of her family including Celia Bright, Mary Ahern, Ralph Musto, Diana Jaccodine, Sebastian Musto, Theresa Shableski, Thomas Musto, Yolanda Musto, and Nancy Patti. Ann’s memory will be cherished by her sister, Loretta De Leonardis, as well as 18 nieces and nephews and 35 great-nieces and nephews, and her caregivers Bebee, Faziah, and Lilla. Services arranged by the Lawton-Turso Funeral Home in Hoboken.
