I would like to thank my wonderful neighbors on Lexington Avenue who helped me after I fell down my front steps on July 31. Billy, who called 911, Patty, who called Grace, who called my sister. Timmy, the fireman who started basic first aid on me.
Other neighbors came and offered their concerns: Sonny, the mailman and Annabelle. Everyone was wonderful as we waited for McCabe’s Ambulance to arrive. The EMTs were caring and efficient. At the hospital, I learned I had not broken any bones but would be sore for awhile. But I do know I have great neighbors on Lexington Avenue!
