The addition of these real estate professionals is part of the brokerage’s growing presence in Hoboken and the surrounding region.
Quinones specializes in residential and investment properties, as well as the residential rental market. Before entering the real estate industry, Quinones worked in luxury property management for 17 years. He is heavily involved in his local community as a Hoboken Ambulance Corps volunteer and as part of the Parent Teacher Organization for the Hoboken Public School System. A native of Hoboken, Quinones’ long history in the area has given him extensive knowledge of the city and surrounding region.
Smith is a real estate professional with extensive knowledge of the Hudson county region. He previously had a 35 year career in consulting, corporate finance, facility management, and large-scale global project development in the area of construction and hazardous land reclamation. Additionally, he led aspects of over 400 worldwide construction projects from around the world totaling nearly $2 billion. He brings this cumulative experience to his real estate business, where he advises clients locally, and from across the globe, on buying and selling properties in a dynamic real estate market. He is a current resident of Jersey City and a member of the Hudson County Multiple Listing Service.
Setta is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish and is highly skilled at understanding the needs of her clients. She joins Christie’s International Real Estate with 15 years of experience working for global luxury brands and is also fluent in digital marketing, including social media, attracting maximum visibility for her clients. Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Setta has contributed to the missions of the International Rescue Committee and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in the country for several years.
